Here is a letter about the housing crisis.     The Housing Trust Fund is Washington's largest and most effective tool for providing affordable homes for both working families and vulnerable individuals across the state. It has also produced thousands of jobs and millions of dollars in tax revenue.    In her budget proposal for the next biennium, Governor Gregoire proposed funding the Housing Trust Fund at $40.8 million.
