Corporations got tax breaks for shipping jobs overseas. Now they want tax breaks for brining profits back to the U.S. on the assumption that eventually the profits will be invested in new jobs. No contracts on that please! The problem is that we have the greatest concentration of wealth and income in the fewest hands than any time since the 1920's in this country and no progress towards jobs.
